It is a fair question
Dr Tillett is a major shareholder .
He was a director .
He is now employed in advisory role .
He answers questions sometimes from an ordinary shareholder point of view , other times on behalf of the company ( all fully disclosed ) .
As a major shareholder I would imagine he could request a board seat again, I’m just curious as to why he hasn’t or wouldn’t .
He may be just happy to stay in the wings and that’s OK
