I think that this is a precursor to a large US based trial, possibly with US military, where there are connections already.

By making this R&D refundable for expenditure anywhere in the world has to have been a precursor to the Company getting into overseas trials. I think there is way more to this announcement than just the announcement itself. And perhaps the award of such a large amount indicates that there have been discussions at far higher levels between governments? And remember Albo was recently in the US for major trade talks. I wonder.....
