The reality for this company is that if they haven't broken through within 3 more years it is likely to go nowhere.
My personal view is that I am sure RCE are looking for a big name partner to do a larger study in the USA. One mechanism for their involvement is that, the partner buys into RCE with capital - say takes 20% stake of the Company. That capital and existing capital provide a large runway for trial expenses, ALL of which is allowable under the R&D announcement yesterday. So the investing partner effectively gets additional free money from the Australian government to push along product development. A pharma with an interest in this space would see the Aus government funding as a massive free kick. I still see a deal being done with someone within 6 months.
