I can’t disagree with what you are saying, I find the covid question a diversion and maybe a bit opportunistic. That being said I am in for the long run on anti biotic and it seems obvious to me they need more cash in the next 6 months regardless of what they do. If that is the case then anything that boosts the share price and minimises the number of new shares that need to be issued is fine by me. The only downside is some might now see covid as their main game and if it fails against coved might spoil the otherwise apparently clean reputation to date.
To be honest I’m expecting that next trading halt any time soon, and for once I would actually be happy. I’m sick of being in companies with a billion shares doing cr at 1 or 2c. Look at pyc who I keep comparing to again. They had a billion shares on issue and raised at 1c, doubled the registry to 2 billion shares for about 10 million cr. As I said b4 these guys could raise 100 mil and still have under 300 million shares out there.
