Hoping that your skepticism isn't correct(!).

I have purchased RCR over the last few months. One of the reasons being that the current CEO has previous experience with UGL during its phenomenal growth phase. While it is fair to note that the growth of UGL was largely due to acquisitions as well as general growth in industry for resources and infrastructure, this experience is probably still of considerable value. He has worked under Richard Leupen - one of the best decision makers (CEOs) in the Australian market for engineering services companies. Probably the best (in my opinion). Hoping some of this rubs off on what was already a company with plenty of potential.

I really only have a token holding of RCR at this stage. There are a few other stocks on the market that I just can't buy enough of and like you say, RCRs margins aren't exactly going to generate organic growth.

Still, I am interested to watch things evolve for RCR over the next year or two. I believe there are currently some fantastic companies based in WA and I am hoping to eventually call RCR one of these keepers.
