    I think the weak link in your calc is P/E 6. Counterintuitively, P/Es of cyclical stocks tend to be highest at cycle bottom and lowest at cycle peak. This report feels like the bottom for RCR, and the other engineering and energy cyclicals feel like they're close to the bottom, so I'll expect much higher P/Es for RCR over the next few months. I can wait.
