    After a $57million write-down...

    1. Down sizing -> many employees and contractors will pack their bags even have nothing to do with the solar projects.  They will need more time to rebuild their project teams and pick up all the pieces.    

    2. Solar projects -> bad management team and costs control ->bad name in the market 

    3. 8% increase in CFO package now after $57 write-down and don't know why so many had voted against the report? 


    This is just laughable!
