    Not quite sure how the Abergeldie RCR JV is set up, but Melb Water will competitively tender the $500 million worth of works between the two competing JV's in works packages. The other JV led by John Holland is more experienced in Melbourne Water construction projects, so there is a good chance they win a bigger slice of the pie - that also happened on the last panel contract.
