For me this one is about trusting the history of management and what looks to be a run in mining construction activity which they should be playing a part in over the next 3-5 years. IMO they are smart and have been sitting back on cash waiting for the time in which they can get the margins they are looking for. All going well with a couple more mining/rail projects getting over the line and I would imagine RDG will play a part In building some of it.
