Yes agreed, I had a trawl through the top 20 shareholders, they don't look like gold miners to me, more like concrete industry. Just can't fathom the investment in an unlisted gold miner. If anything, disclosure will be less, not more. Funny thing is though , in a company this closely held by directors etc, there is amle opportunity to manipulate the SP from within.  very easy when you own most of the stock. But there isn't any real evidence  of covert SP manipulation,  just day traders swinging the SP from the high teens to the high twos. Would love to see a genuine SP break out on real news from this team.
