When you read all the information on this MRL / RDG JV it appears that both company's see plenty of upside. I think there is more to this than just a JV albeit 75/25. MRL will also place three directors on RDG's board. So you can see where this may head with MRL guidance and financial support. MRL work on 20% return on investments. The hope to have the deal done by EOFY.
