I found the presentation on google. Went researching some history and that came up pretty quickly. An investor presentation with the usual facts and figures.
When you read all the information on this MRL / RDG JV it appears that both company's see plenty of upside. I think there is more to this than just a JV albeit 75/25. MRL will also place three directors on RDG's board. So you can see where this may head with MRL guidance and financial support. MRL work on 20% return on investments. The hope to have the deal done by EOFY.
