Quick search, it's used for waterjet cutting and blasting.

Looks like an exciting acquisition to me, and in line with the smaller type plays that simply can't be done under the MIN banner.

That iceberg sell order of 2.6m share was precuriously timed and has prevented any SP run off the back of the announcement.
