Saw that in the announcement but i just didnt know what that was or its applicability to the manganese tenements as it was highlighted. Still unsure what's a fair price and its a decent 20m. More than our market cap pre min res merger...

notnsure if the 2m shares can be interpreted as a cap on share price running.... or more coincidentally someone trying to get the heck out asap. this will bring alot of dilution. unsure overall goal but hoping directors have a grand plan mapped out?
