Meanwhile they are evaluating an updated offer from ICT to 7.6 shares per RDH from 6 shares to compensate for ICTs declining sp. Meanwile ours remains 4.5 shares or $0.85/share @ $0.19 so the "meaningful discussions" will be around how much we want to sweeten the deal..

ICT claim $3.7m synergies, we claim $3m.

Turning into a bit of a sh*t show but at least it gives all 3 boards and their lawyers and advisors something to do while they aren't doing much of anything at all.

Given all the supposed synergies being thrown around, I wonder what the chances on a rollup of all three is?
