Good news, important news, for sure, but not unexpected. While this is unlikely to produce much of a run North, it may stop the rot and that's a good thing.
The biggest challenge facing LOM and its SP is investor fatigue, so much damage has been done to so many holders, past and present, that it's going to take a major announcement to rekindle our apetite and attract new eyes and new money. But . . . never say never.
