So prl was suppose to be able to move forward with finding a new upstream partner on the 17th if i am not mistaken.
prl stated in the phone meeting they had alot of interested people who could partner with prl.
would be nice if they lined them up before the 17th so when it came time they could actually anounce a partnership for upstream.
am i wrong?
