In the event PRL did not/could not recomply, ASX delisting would occur if they somehow couldn’t return to status quo. We’d still own our shares in the entity but they just wouldn’t be easily traded on the main public exchange. They could still try and list elsewhere e.g. NSX (less burdensome listing requirements).
But I think all of that is unlikely, because if the HyEnergy PFS is negative then they could simply reverse out of the hydrogen pivot, hibernate or offload the Ozexco assets, and recommence plodding around as an explorer at Gnama and Skåne, neither of which they have cut loose yet. That would probably return us to status quo - another ASX hunter for copper, nickel, vanadium.
