Shares on issue is annoying but was unavoidable given the size and cost of the asset they were buying compared to share price. Shares on issue is only ever an issue from a optics point of view. Once the company is making money they can either consolidate or buy back if management think its a concern.
A lot of the Shares on issue too are tied up in the top 20 who I doubt will be selling anytime soon.
