    The thing is these guys can't go lower than $1 and stay there in NASDAQ as far as I know, if this happens then they get delisted, I think this will be 1:5 or 1:10 ration and they go with $1.5 or $2 in US, then a cap raise and go around $1 to give the boys few more years of dine and wine. You see how screwed we are???
