    bad luck mate Castelake is still on good terms with Marion.

    They have extended the loan until end of Oct and guess what......

    negotiations are underway with a new funder.

    So MAE is not dead and buried. In fact it continues to seek a buyer for Clear Creek. Check out the Data Bank for more details.
