If there was not an element of positiveness the TGP loan would not have been extended. Of course the covering asset must be worth more than the planned loan. All funders must ensure that being the case.

I would have thought that MAE has made past financiers poorer rather than richer as you suggest. All past debts were cleared if you recall. They lost ...MAE won!

While MAE is alive and kicking there is hope. Something that you are not familiar with in your life I gather.

Anyway thanks for paying us a visit once again. Now off to the ESI forum and continue offering them advice.
