After all this time and effort, is that all you can come up with?

Investors need to see something more strategically rigorous than:

"Red Fork will now work with the preferred re-financing partner to endeavor to
execute a term sheet and then to ultimately close a transaction for a new debt
facility that would see the Company’s existing senior secured loan repaid and
additional working capital secured".

You need to display that the future for RFE is solid and that you have some idea that you are the right team to lead it.  You need to give us a vision that makes sense and is achievable.  Instead you continue to provide weak and unconvincing guidance.
