Tcf, the concern I have with the re-finance is the prospect of a capital raising going alongside it at a record low issue price and therefore highly dilutive. Management have been very good at holding off on issuing additional capital for more than a year, but surely it will not just be debt (remembering the ann stated sufficient funds to pay off the current facility plus working capital for further development). I've finally taken the pain and am out.
