    Reading the recent reports closely and between the lines it appears the refinancing is well advanced with a preferred lender chosen and the current finance provider supporting the transaction. I don't believe there is any fear of default and the new loan will allow asset sale, if any, to be pushed back. I'm confident things are on track and looking up for RFE.

    I'm backing RFE to consolidate around 10 - 20 cents IF the new finance package is announced.
