I hope you are right and good luck.
I stopped out three time on RFE, the first two was profit taking but the last one was a stop loss. And believe or not, at the end of the day I didn't make any $$ out of it. I was hoping the same thing would happen, RFE management would finally got their heads around and do something which is good for the company and sharesholders in stead of taking massive payout.
The latest announcement shown only little info/ progress to me, consider they started the process long ago.
Refinancing is an interesting process, in simple term its just like re-mortgage from your only property, the house you are living in... and given the risk involved, it didn't work out sometimes.
I wish you will be well rewarded but my honest suggestion is stay away or only in for a small parcel.
