Pencilin, I reckon they will need a cap raising at some point, but I would have thought that they need to get SP under control first and well north of $0.10.
I believe a combination of asset sale/s and re-finance and then cap raising at the appropriate time downstream to reduce debt when pitch conditions are right would be the way to go.
My thoughts anyhow
