    And my takeon this Johnny is that MC couldn’t build and run, he’s all positive spin when thereality was negative. Poor communicator, out of his depth imo. RK was bought in to replace MC on the Board, as they need three Directors to operate, as he wasn’t hanging around. A cheap investment at $400k though.

    Still doesn’tchange a thing for me … where are the coal face leaders who can drive the culture? That’s right, they got rid of them. Time is ticking. I hope I'm wrong.
