Looks like at least another six months of waiting on the epa (at least). My Friday night uber driver in Perth was saying they are terribly understaffed atm, going into holiday season as well.
'Mr uber' was speculating a number of staff were working part time from a home office and part time at
the main office, but the local government has tried to force employees back into the office full time so a few quit.
The wait continues...
