I finally got time to watch the presentation. Others have already summarised the key points well enough.

The part of the presentation that resonated with me was the 3d model and "fly over" of the process. It is a fantastic way to articulate so many elements of the opportunity in a very succinct way.

I've been watching Bruce present and pitch this idea for years. He has always liked to add little "off script" nuggets or insights. I've started to notice that these moments are starting to become more specific or technical. When Bruce went off script before it came across as giddy excitement and he would fumble the adhoc delivery of the message. The same can't be said now. When Bruce goes off script he delivers the side-comment with confidence and in my opinion an authority on the matter. Wonderful to see and makes me confident we have the right people spearheading the design and development stage of this project.
