Clearly there may have been more in it that he couldn't tell me, but at the end of the day, the stock is cheap and trending up nicely. It has an excellent track record and should continue to trend higher given the resource base and likely growth to come over the next few years.
Long term gold price of $1200. I doubt that management expect that.
That would imply a long term rebound in the US dollar.

IMO, long term the gold price will be higher than where it is now and long term it will continue to trend higher as its done ever since they abandoned the gold standard and began printing money at will.
