    Basically changes the Royalty deal from
    Northern zone Royalty = 10%, Southern zone Royalty = 1%
    to now = 1% of everything everywhere.
    Not a bad outcome, as it allows expansion to all and any parts of the mine, with an equal royalty rate.

    Should see some benefits to this in 12 months time.
