The update is quite interesting and makes sense for pure comparison and potential... something they should have added in the first place on the first announcement. EXR lacks of proofreading and have done it so many times.....

In a nutshell, the massive sell off is due to the massive downgraded to 1 MMSCF per day !
The talk Neil alluded on his roadshows, cocktail party drinks and announcements were more like 2.5 MMSCF..... what a stuff up! but, excuses came left right and centre... and still continues now from the cheerleader team....





The Market saw the announcement at 9.32am as the Bear case and total stuff up and broken promises..... The market did what it does best..... punish all the BS companies fail to deliver.....

And to anyone say that "the gas is there"..... Please.... 100's of thousands of explorers yearly drill and they all know either Oil or Gas is there... the real deal is... CAN YOU BRING IT TO THE SURFACE AT ECONOMICAL AND COMMERCIAL RATES..... for EXR case is a big NO..... and so, they will need another well and all the process again... with little money .... $7 mill?

Anyone coming onboard to a JV farm in has the upper hand now... EXR has not negotiation ..... EXR are desperate to keep alive.... First in 2021 to 2022 the stuff up in Mongolia.... suddenly, they found Grandis and it became the main show... now it also is stuffed.....

Any partnership will be laughing and will be able to bargain and get plenty of down on your knees attitude..... too easy....


Look what 1MMSCF per day did to the stock price.... 5 cents is a very possible bottom here..... Talking about Xmas hey !
