So here's another one, why are they spending the money in installing all the facilities at Bacchus Marsh when they have the land at Yalhourn Power Station?
What cash flow will Bacchus Marsh be in bringing in or is it just a theme park to display the 'World of Tomorrow' by ECT if someone would just give them the capital?
I'm thinking that due to the amount of government money that went down the drain last time via the Advanced Lignite Demonstration Program there is a cautionary and revisionary approach in providing funding or capital to these 'trust us, we are the Green lignite future' enterprises?
