thanks for your comments. I largely agree. However, here are some stats worth noting that highlight my point. There are some 300m prescriptions issued each year by all pharmacies. MDR have around 60% of all pharmacies I think?. So their customers process around 180m prescriptions a year or 15m a month. The MDR app handles such a tiny percentage of those that you have to wonder whether Pharmacies see any real value from the app? Consumer adoption is too low and this I think is the major problem with the current business model. To have captured 200,000 new downloads in 3 months against a possible 45m prescriptions being dispensed in a quarter is, well, to have captured no real value.
