just to consolidate this thinking about the ENTERPRISE VALUE refer back to the previous announcement on future plans sometime in march/apr when the company said some targets have been identified and due diligence done; only they were committed to signing any MOUs after the MCC cash is in place. Therefore we would be hearing from the company in the not too distant future and the EV would include all these. THE SP would reflect the EV adequately in due course.
