This announcement should have been issued on the date that WML issued their announcement (Wed 17 Jan) or latest on Thu 18 Jan, not just before close on Friday 19 Jan.
It's material information re the Mt Short JV where ANX is a 30% shareholder.
The timing of the announcement is disappointing ANX management, please do better in the future - as a shareholder I want material info disclosed promptly (even when it's negative), rather than released late. In this case the delayed release of the WML announcement until late on Friday arvo was IMO specifically designed to attract minimum shareholder attention.
