Don’t they benefit throughout the cycle? For example, in an exuberant priced, low-interest market they benefit via high volumes of listings with ppl wanting to buy and sell and in a depressed-price, higher interest market they get more sellers and new buyers and therefore also experience high volumes of listings? Especially in a country like ours that is obsessed with property and boomers seeking yield for their Super?? Serious question!
