I am beginning to take an interest in this stock. Bought it at rock bottom prices in April 2020 and sold about 70% of the holdings at the peak unable to justify a PE north of 60.
Few questions especially for JOE since I do make money out of you ( investing in CCP) 1. How is the rental market figuring in this equation. I bought an investment property in Melbourne now only found a tenant. I felt that this will be a money-spinner expecting a high turnover of tenants as immigration picks up.
2. Do you see any execution risk in their overseas markets?
I honestly don't think any other company in Australia will challenge their position.
