Instructive charts; in log scale too; especially where a rate of change is involved. We should see more of them.
Very interesting is the variance of PE results:
- Meghotcop: 43.97
- Woollydog: 37
- Superman: 50.6
It makes you question the quality of the input data, not to mention the methodology; I don't think that the divergence can be explained away by the different time horizons; since the differences are too big.
It would be nice, if you could post a SP chart in log scale, for same period.
I am unsure why you post a buy sentiment when your charts "forecast" consecutively lower PE ratios for the next 3 years; unless you suppose that 'mean reversion' means overshooting for the foreseeable time until it comes back up for the PE ratio.
