    Still haven't pulled the trigger but I feel I am close to it.

    I think in the next few months it should reach 120. Few reasons I think will work in my favor

    1. There are plenty of properties now that don't get sold in so call "desirable suburbs". We are surely turning a corner in the property market

    2. Inflation is a lot higher than people appreciate. I would think headline numbers are very misleading. There is a high chance of a policy error from the fed when taming inflation. when the US market trends down usually Australia follows.

    3. Labor government is always a risk for the property. We have incredibly bad options from both parties.
