Very strong results. High PE remains valid.
While investors wet their pants over high PEs in Oz, I think the Indian acquisition has all the hallmarks of a transformational purchase. Could be one of those moments in a company’s history that defines it for decades. Watch the population movement and brand connection that is going to evolve as the west moves trade and services away from China to India… trade, services and labour supply will boom between oz and India over the coming decades.
