I'm tempted to sell profits now, but I'm not sure it will fall much from the news. Open estimate at the moment is 105, but obviously could fall much further. REA does however have a history of 20% drops (2015, 2016, 2018), but every one of them has been a great buying opportunity.
The problem is that if the stock does fall, it will be quickly snapped up by people who expect the property market to rebound, which seems likely. I only want to sell if I can get back in at a significantly lower price, otherwise, what is the point of selling? Id be better off to just hold. This is a great company that is hotly in demand.
