IMO it says exactly what it means.... continuing to de~water Tamarama-1 well but recording strong flow rates.

Management are addressing the issue of proving up the delverability of the project as soon as possible by proceeding with Tamarama~2 and 3..

Proceeding in a positive manner whilst T~1 continues to de~water.... surely that's prudent Management.
