there is nothing more heartwarming to see than "sophisticated investors" getting a huge chunk of shares at 40% discount to the last traded price under the guise of a 12% discount to some VWAP they can pluck out of thin air... and then words being used like "heavily oversubscribed"... of course, it is going to be oversubscribed... I would buy as much as I can at 40% discount to today's trading price...

didn't they have a lot of cash on hand ??? why raise now when this has just started getting back to life... if they had waited for a few weeks this could have easily doubled and we could have got the same amount of money by giving half the number of shares...

nice way of spoiling a good run... dish out 26m shares to "sophisticated investors"...
