These type of emails exhaust me. Perhaps you are right, I should have stated I had obtained Scott’s permission but my mind doesn’t work that way and the implications of posting something without consent would scare the life out of me. Let’s draw a line under this nonsense and focus on all of the the positives expected in the very near future....
