Ann: Real Energy signs gas sale MOU with Weston Energy, page-12

I am excited and trying to guess the price I have come up with
this thought..........
MOU.. supply 3 petajoules pa. for 5 years.
current and historic Qld wholesale rates between $6 to $12 per gigajoule
say..... our sale price $9.00 per gig. So we have.......

3mil x 15 = 45mil gig x $9 = $135 mil.
it looks like a 5% there abouts $6 mil. payment to lock in a fixed price.

Industry average cost of prdn in 2014 was $4.50 per gig so $9 per gig sale price
could be close to the mark.

commercial prove up is the go. be a bugger if we have to drill another well to do it.
