    It would appear from looking into Novartis (NV) they are a medical administrative contractor (MAC).

    NV Have accreditation for Jurisdiction H  (Previously 4 & 7) & L (previously 12)

    I have attached the states in which that applied.

    I understand that a draft LCD is provided once all information is approved. This serves as advanced notice of a confirmed LCD. PEB are still not there yet.

    mine would hope that there are nuances of the rules that would allow nationwide LCD rather than just the jurisdiction that NV have accreditation for.
