A lot of ‘cup half full’ going on here. The only thing in the whole announcement that really tells us anything is the bit about funding in my opinion. The market certainly didn’t get excited either. New lows not too far off for the SP is my guess. But I know that’s not what anyone wants to hear (myself included as I have a decent position; in the red).
