To me this deal just means that NKP are handing over the reins to RRP to manage the deposit and define it up to a JORC standard. 2 million might be enough to get a measured resource, it might not but it'll be a lot closer to that and NKP doesn't have to spend any more money to do it. The area definitely has 4PGMs and they just don't have the cash to prove it up right now so why not let someone else do it so they don't lose the lease and worst case they'll get 2 mill in cash if RRP cannot drill the area at all within 2 years. They got it for a song, but NKP needs forward movement on *something* at the moment.
